Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Validity

This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Conditions:

  • • It is necessary to keep the purchase invoice or the warranty card.
  • • The watch must be delivered in its original condition when requesting maintenance.
  • • Adherence to the specified shipping or delivery procedures is required.

2. Service Requirements

Regular maintenance is recommended every 3-5 years for mechanical watches and every 2-3 years for quartz watches. Failure to maintain your watch may void the warranty.

3. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the watch. We are not responsible for consequential damages, loss of use, or sentimental value.

4. International Warranty

This warranty is honored worldwide through our authorized service centers. Additional shipping costs may apply for international repairs.

5. Watch Strap Adjustment

For a comfortable fit, please refer to the following illustration showing how to add a link to the watch strap.
