What we are hiring for
We hire slowly and keep people a long time. If nothing here fits, write to us anyway.
Watchmaker
Assembly, regulation and after-sales servicing. WOSTEP or equivalent, or demonstrable bench experience with mechanical calibres.
Client Advisor
Front of house at the atelier and on WhatsApp. No commission, no targets — you are paid to be useful, not persuasive.
Quality & Production
Running the 120-hour test protocol, keeping tolerance records, and deciding what does not pass.
Small team, no commission, real hours
Everyone works in one room — assembly, regulation, quality and client services. Problems get solved by turning around rather than raising a ticket.
Advisors are salaried and do not earn commission, which means nobody has a financial reason to talk a client into the wrong watch. Retail hours are covered on a rota so nobody works every weekend.
The terms
Salaried, no commission
Reviewed annually against the market. Nobody is paid to push a sale.
Rota, not always-on
Retail hours shared across the team. Weekends off in rotation, and they are honoured.
Training paid for
WOSTEP modules and calibre-specific training funded, with the bench time to actually use them.
