Get the label

We send a prepaid, insured return label — free within the UAE.

Pack it complete

Watch, all links, tool, tags, warranty card and box. Missing parts are deducted.

Refunded

Inspected within two working days, refunded to your original payment method within five.

SWAPPING A REFERENCE

Thirty days to exchange

If you want a different reference, dial or size rather than a refund, tell us within thirty days of delivery. We reserve the replacement immediately so it does not sell out while your piece is in transit.

Any price difference is settled when the exchange ships. If the new piece costs less, the balance goes back to your card.

THE CONDITIONS

What we can and cannot take back

Must be unworn

Protective film on the case back intact, no wrist marks, no scratches on the clasp. Trying it on indoors is fine.

Bespoke pieces

Bespoke orders cannot be returned, because they cannot be resold. This is flagged before you confirm.

Faulty is different

A manufacturing fault is a warranty matter, not a return. It is covered for two years and we pay shipping both ways.

TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

A fault is our problem, not yours

If something fails through a manufacturing defect within two years, we repair or replace it and cover the shipping in both directions. The warranty card in your box carries the reference and serial number.
