Covered for two years from delivery against manufacturing defects. If it is our fault, we repair or replace it and pay shipping both ways.

What the warranty covers

Movement faults, case integrity and any manufacturing defect, for two years from the delivery date.

Accidental damage, water ingress from an unsecured crown, normal wear to finish, or third-party servicing.

Your serial number from the case back, the approximate purchase date, and a photo of the fault.
