The terms on which Marco Roma sells timepieces through this website.

Who you are contracting with
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Marco Roma is registered in the United Arab Emirates and operates from Abu Dhabi & Dubai, Dubai.
Placing an order means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place the order.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order acknowledgement.
We may decline an order if the piece is no longer available, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or delivery address.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include UAE VAT where applicable. Duties and taxes outside the GCC are set by your own customs authority and are payable by you on delivery.
If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not silently charge the higher amount.
Delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is signed for; until then loss or damage in transit is ours.

Returns and cancellation
You may return an unworn, complete piece within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund. Bespoke orders are excluded because they cannot be resold.

Warranty
Every timepiece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, plus ten-year parts support.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water ingress caused by an unsecured crown, normal wear to finish and bracelet, or work carried out by a third party that causes further damage.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.
Intellectual property
The Marco Roma name, wordmark, product photography and site content belong to us. Press imagery may be republished with credit under the terms set out on the press page.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
