Rates are calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Nothing is added afterwards.

THE PROCESS
What happens after you order
Order confirmed
You receive a confirmation with your order number within a few minutes.
Final inspection
The piece is checked, timed and sized before it is packed. Usually same day.
Dispatched
A tracking number reaches you by email and WhatsApp the moment it leaves us.
Signed for
Delivery requires a signature. Nothing is ever left at a door or with a neighbour.
HOW IT ARRIVES
Nothing on the box says watch
Orders ship in unbranded outer packaging. The presentation box, warranty card, link tool and spare links sit inside that, so what arrives at your door does not advertise its contents.
Every parcel is insured for its full value from the moment it leaves the atelier until it is signed for.
GOOD TO KNOW
Customs, duties and delays
Fully insured
Loss or damage in transit is covered by us, not by you. Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Duties outside the GCC
Import duty and local tax are set by your customs authority and payable on delivery. We cannot pre-pay or estimate them.
If it is late
Contact us with your order number. We chase the courier ourselves rather than sending you to them.
